We would like to give you an update on the Microsoft takedown and announce that ALL of the 23 domains that were seized by Microsoft on June 30 are now back in our control. Please realize that it may take up to 24 hours for the DNS to fully propagate, but everything should be fully functioning within the next day. Microsoft screwed up big time. Bunch of idiots
You did well under the circumstances. If you are wondering what you could do to “make it up”, these would be my suggestions which hopefully wouldn’t cost you too much money:
* Anyone (like me) who added an alternate domain should be able to do just one keep-alive captcha for both the old and new domains. You may already have this in place.
* Maybe space the keep-alive requests out a bit further for a while? This may not work if you want to clear up the subdomains of people who did give up on you.
* A little extra time on the account for paid users (which I am not). You probably already thought of this.

I certainly hope that your legal team is preparing a lawsuit for substantial damages against Microsoft, including for the reputational damages caused by their action and intimations.
I for one would be very interested in knowing how Microsoft can have your noip domains taken down despite, without any real notice from whoever deals with that took them down.

Why do you set a font-weight of 300 in your CSS styling?
The result of that setting is one pixel wide letters that are nearly impossible to read. Removing the font weight setting changes your web page from unreadable to quite readable.
I think that you should built a case, sue M$ for billions and give us free service (with part of those billions) for 10 years or more.
Dont be the good kid around the block. M$ does not appreciate that. Dont even expect future business and collaboration with them. They just dont have it.
