In celebration of Independence Day No-IP will be operating under revised hours on Monday, July 4, 2016.

Our Customer Success team will be responding to support tickets sent (or received) during normal office hours. If you would like to speak to our Customer Success team on the phone, our Priority Support line will be available from 10am-5pm PDT. We will resume normal Customer Success hours on Tuesday, July 5.

Appeals Court Upholds Net Neutrality in 2-1 Vote

Yesterday, the United States Court of Appeals voted in a 2-1 margin to uphold Net Neutrality, making Internet service a utility. This new ruling will help prevent Internet Service Providers from slowing down or blocking Internet content to consumers.

“After a decade of debate and legal battles, today’s ruling affirms the commission’s ability to enforce the strongest possible Internet protections — both on fixed and mobile networks — that will ensure the Internet remains open, now and in the future,” F.C.C. chairman, Tom Wheeler said. Priority Support phone calls will be accepted from 10 am to 5 pm PST, but all other calls will not be accepted until the following business day. Support will re-open for normal business hours Tuesday, May 31 at 6:30 am PDT.

No-IP Adds Second Intern to the Development Team
