Unfortunately, noip.com is not able to register or accept transfers for a .ca TLD (Top Level Domain) as they are exclusive to Canadian registrars.  However, you can still use our Plus Managed DNS service to manage the DNS on a domain you have registered elsewhere, here’s a guide. Plus Managed DNS works with all TLDs.
