If you forgot your password and can not log into our site. You may request that your password be reset. You must still have access to the email address you used to sign-up for your No-IP account.

If you do not receive the reset email shortly after being sent please check your Spam or Junk folder. If you are still having trouble add No-IP.com to your safe sender list and request the forgot password email again
Note: Changing your No-IP account password will require you to log back into any Dynamic Update Clients or DDNS devices you have running. (Except for No-IP Windows DUC versions 3.x or 4.x and Mac DUC version 4.x)
