If you forgot your password and can not log into our site. You may request that your password be reset. You must still have access to the email address you used to sign-up for your No-IP account.

If you do not receive the reset email shortly after being sent please check your Spam or Junk folder. If you are still having trouble add No-IP.com to your safe sender list and request the forgot password email again.
Note: If you are using the Linux DUC, Windows 2.2 or OSX client for updates. These clients will need to be updated with the new password. If you are using the Windows 3.x or Windows 4.x DUC client no update is needed.
