This month is Deven, our Support Manager.

Were you a No-IP user before you started working here?
Yes, I used No-IP for a video game server that my friend and I  ran when we were younger.

How long have you worked at No-IP for?
I have worked at No-IP for almost 2 years.

What do you enjoy most about your job?
Being able to teach a user and hear it in their voice when they suddenly understand how the service works and what they need to do next to make it work correctly.

Do you have an interesting or unusual hobby?
I have a reef tank that I enjoy taking care of and adding new coral. I actually take care of the 210 gallon reef tank in the office at No-IP too.

What is the most common support question you receive?
How can I setup my cameras to see them when I’m away.

What is your favorite service that we offer?
No-IP Plus Managed DNS. Plus Manage DNS allows you to manage your own domain’s DNS and allows you to dynamically update your domain with our dynamic update client or a DDNS device.

What is your favorite feature of the new No-IP office?
I really like the open layout and the fish tank. It’s one of the largest tank I have ever taken care of and it’s awesome.

    It would have been nice to be able to put a face with a name. Small names under their photos or something.
