Official Subscription Launch
Last year, No-IP partnered with an industry-leading subscription management platform to improve our billing system and pricing capabilities. This past year we launched this new system to all customers. Our teams have spent the time to continue improving our new system. Aside from a couple of minor hiccups, customer feedback has been positive. We hope to launch more features of our billing system in the next few months.
My No-IP
Many customers may have noticed some changes to the My No-IP Management part of our website. Our awesome designer, Lars, decided it was finally time to finish the task of migrating all over our legacy management pages into the new design interface. Although it still needs some tweaks to make the experience even better for our customers, we are excited that the design is finally the same throughout our website.
POPS Across the Globe
DNS is a pretty competitive market, especially when it comes to speed. Our engineers have spent lots of time this past year updating our DNS network and infrastructure. We have continued to improve our DNS infrastructure to increase the speed, performance, and resiliency of our DNS network. Our DNS infrastructure is utilized by millions of people and currently processes over 83 billion queries a month. We have continued to expand our Anycast DNS network further across the globe, reducing resolution time and expanding capacity.

Hosted Our Sixth Annual Giving Thanks Food Drive to Benefit The Northern Nevada Food Bank
Thanks to our amazing team, we were able to donate 838 POUNDS of food to the Food Bank of Northern Nevada. It is truly incredible to work with a group of people that believe in giving back to our community.
2020
Last year, we launched new pricing and plans for our Plus Managed DNS product and in the next year, we plan on further advancing our Managed DNS product.
