How do I Change my DNS Servers to Point to No-IP if my Domain is Registered with DirectNIC?

If your domain is registered with Directnic and you want to use No-IP’s Plus Managed DNS service, you’ll just need to follow these simple steps in order to point the domain to our name servers.

  • Login to your Directnic account and click on the Domain Manager link.
  • Click on the “Change Nameserver Information” icon located to the right of your domain name, under the “Options” heading.
  • Replace the nameserver information listed with the name servers you received in your confirmation email from No-IP. If you only have room for two name servers, just use the first two from our list.
  • Click on the “Modify” button at the bottom of the page and you’re done.

Note: DNS server changes may take 24-48 hours to update or propagate throughout the Internet.
