Can I Temporarily Disable Monitoring while I Fix my Server?

You should be able to disable your monitoring service by following these steps:

1. Step 1

   First, log into your No-IP portal.

2. Step 2

   Then navigate the left menu bar to My Services > Server Monitoring.

3. Step 3

   Next, click Configure and then click the Edit button on the monitoring service you wish to disable.

4. Step 4

   To disable, toggle the Active radio option to “No” and click “Update”.

5. Step 5

   When you are ready to have the monitoring service resume, toggle the Active radio option back to Yes and click Update.
