My Transfer was Denied. What do I do Now?

Simply navigate the left side menu in your account to My Services > Domain Registration > Domain Transfers > Re-submit to make your request again. Once you click on “Request A Transfer”, our system will evaluate the request to see if there are any further issues. You will then receive an email afterwards with either a confirmation link to proceed with the next step or an explanation for why it was denied.

If your No-IP account has not been credited for the transfer, simply click on “Request A Transfer” instead to make the request again. This time fixing/correcting the problems you had previously.
