Customer Success Representative

You Are:

A customer-first problem solver who enjoys helping people and making technical concepts easy to understand. You’re patient, resourceful, and calm under pressure, with the ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. You take ownership of issues and are motivated by delivering great customer experiences.

You Have:

You have 3-5 years of customer service experience, including phone support, and strong communication skills across written and verbal channels. You’re comfortable working with technical concepts like networking, DNS, or device configuration, and can explain them clearly to non-technical users. You’re organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Your Location:

  • Based in Reno, NV
  • 2-3 days in-office

Your Schedule:

  • Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
  • Standard Business Hours (flexibility as needed)

Your Language Skills:

  • English (Highly Proficient Written & Verbal)

Your Manager:

  • Customer Success Manager

Your Contribution to No-IP:

Support and advocate for No-IP customers by delivering timely, effective, and technically accurate assistance.
  • Provide technical support via tickets, email, and phone
  • Assist customers with account setup, Dynamic DNS, and product configuration
  • Troubleshoot DNS, email, SSL, and network/device-related issues
  • Identify customer pain points and share feedback with Product and Engineering
  • Maintain support articles and internal documentation
  • Test and evaluate technologies while continuously expanding technical knowledge

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of customer service experience, including phone support
  • Excellent communication, writing, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to learn independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to de-escalate customer situations with professionalism

No-IP's Contribution to You:

  • $65,000 - $75,000base salary
