The web redirect you are using utilizes the mask URL feature. Previously when your URL was masked a popup ad banner used to be displayed. Due to overwhelming use of popup blockers the advertisement has been moved to the lower portion of the redirect frameset.
If you do not wish to see an advertisement at the bottom of your page, consider upgrading to Enhanced Dynamic DNS or No-IP Plus.
