Director of Finance

Location : Reno, NV or Atlanta, GA (Hybrid, 2-3 days in-office) Experience : 5-10+ years Salary Range : $130,000 - $175,000 a year

You Are:

A strategic finance leader who is hands-on, analytical, and comfortable operating in a lean, technical, high-velocity environment. You can translate financial and market data into clear insights for the CEO, Board, and investors, while also building structure, rigor, and discipline inside the finance function.

You Have:

You have 5-10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, ideally in SaaS or IaaS, with a strong understanding of recurring revenue models, usage-based billing, cohort analytics, and multi-tier subscription offerings. You’ve partnered with CEOs, founders, or Boards, and you can balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.

Your Location:

  • Hybrid in Reno, NV or Atlanta, GA
  • Occasional Travel to our HQ in Reno, NV if based in Atlanta
  • 2-3 days in-office if based in Reno

Your Schedule:

  • Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
  • Monday – Friday | Standard Business Hours (flexibility as needed)

Your Language Skills:

  • English (Highly Proficient Written & Verbal)

Your Manager:

  • CEO

Your Contribution to No-IP:

Own No-IP’s finance function and strengthen forecasting, reporting, controls, and financial decision-making as the company scales.
  • Own accounting operations, including close, reconciliations, AR/AP, and cash management
  • Build financial models across ARR, churn, cohort behavior, pricing, and unit economics
  • Partner with the CEO on budgets, strategic plans, ROI analysis, and capital allocation
  • Develop Board materials, flash reports, KPI dashboards, and financial narratives
  • Manage lender compliance, debt reporting, tax coordination, and audit requirements
  • Improve finance systems, controls, data integrity, and scalable processes

Qualifications:

  • 5-10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience with SaaS or IaaS exposure
  • Strong understanding of recurring revenue, billing models, SaaS metrics, and cohort analytics
  • Experience partnering with CEOs, founders, Boards, lenders, or investors
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, reporting, and communication skills
  • CPA, public accounting, infrastructure cost modeling, or M&A experience are nice-to-haves

  • $130,000 - $175,000 base salary
